Richard Chale

As past President and CEO of FWS Group of Companies, I had the pleasure to work with Glen Foster as a key member of our Design team from 2004 -2012 when I retired. At FWS our real "bread and butter" was in the Agri-Industrial Construction sector.  Our Value Proposition to clients was Design Build Solutions where we took on the design, pricing and construction of the projects, often at fixed prices.  I was always comfortable going to Glen with our most challenging and demanding projects at the conceptual design stage. Glen excels in finding solutions for complex process problems or tricky alterations to existing flow patterns.  Glen has an innovative mind to go along with his deep understanding of mechanical process.  He can match up mechanical equipment options and flow patterns to maximize efficiency without compromising operational performance. I was always confident in design outcomes when Glen's input and involvement was there for critical aspects. He never let us down.
